Excellent property in an ideal location very close to Palarivattom Metro Station, giving easy access for travel to different places in Cochin. Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. Staff are really nice and cooperative. No in house restaurant, but they help you to get food from outside. Overall great value for money. A/C was really silent and great cooling which is missing even in some of the high end star rated hotels. Really would like to come back and recommend

The rooms are worth the price paid. The staff is courteous and helpful. The hotel is very well organized. Breakfast is a small and simple buffet, but tasty food. The Hotel is located in the city. 2 min from palarivattom metro station . Close to Bus stop, railway station. It is close to Lulu mall and Edapally church. Ideal for business trips and family stay.

The room is clean but that's where it ends. I paid more by booking directly to get 24 hr checkout (which did help a lot). They claim to have 24hour room service but they don't. There is no restaurant either. The food is called in from a nearby place. There are definitely no luxuries of any kind. Book this hotel only if you get a dirt cheap rate and are looking for the bare minimum.

This hotel is situated in Palarivattom near Metro station. Rooms are clean and comfortable with all modern amenities. Service is excellent. No in house restaurant, so for lunch and dinner, you need to order food from outside and it takes lot of time to get delivered. Recommended for short stay.

Booked the hotel because the travel website and TripAdvisor showed that this is a three star property. But I felt like I got cheated when I went to check in. This property was nothig more than a conventional lodge with AC rooms. There is no restaurant, nobody to attend calls 24 hrs, No buffet breakfast, No room service, nothing... One could get better rooms and better service at half of the price. This is not at all a business class hotel. Neither it fits for a family. This hotel belong to the class of lower class lodges. The staff in here lack the manners and professionalism that fits a business class hotel. This is not a hotel at all.. Most of the amenities displayed in the tripadvisor is not available in the hotel. seems like the owner was bluffing about all these. Please dont opt for this hotel. You will get better rooms in this city with the same price.
